GoUndetected provides premium static residential (ISP) IP addresses on our own network. The value of these IPs depends entirely on their reputation: clean, trusted addresses that social platforms treat like a normal home connection. A single customer abusing an IP can get it flagged, blacklisted, or reported — which harms every other customer who shares our network.
To protect that shared reputation, proxy usage is restricted. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every GoUndetected proxy subscription and to anyone who uses the credentials, and forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using a proxy you agree to this Policy.
Our proxies are intended for managing social media accounts — your own accounts or those of clients you are authorized to manage. Typical permitted activity includes:
You may not use GoUndetected proxies for any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
Because our IPs are a shared resource, we monitor proxy traffic at the request level. Our systems automatically detect abusive patterns — spam, mass scraping, brute-force, and network attacks — and can block offending traffic instantly, without prior notice or manual review.
We may also investigate and act on any activity that threatens the health or reputation of the network, including complaints, blacklisting, or unusual traffic, even where it is not explicitly listed above.
Violations of this Policy may result, at our discretion and without prior notice, in:
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your credentials, including by anyone you allow to use them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the proxies after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
